The Lieutenant Governor, Mayor, City Manager, and other dignitaries gathered in October 2015, to announce the project as the premier office and mixed use property in the heart of City Square. The announcement included the lease signing of UMass Memorial Health Care for space that has now become home to approximately 500 employees.
